Luxuries in Drinkology

The Martini FAQ

Absinthe (now legal and available in the US) from Absintheology.com
I am not, and have never really been a big drinker. But when I do drink, I like to enjoy it well, with what little I do drink. I believe there are things in the world that we should enjoy, because they are there. We all work hard in life, and life can be difficult; so the things that are there to enjoy, should be appreciated when possible, and done in as highly qualitative way as is possible at the time. Enjoy!

"After the first glass [of absinthe] you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, and that is the most horrible thing in the world." - Oscar Wilde
